In October, we are continuing our REVIVE series! We will be looking at how our own parenting brains can be hijacked by stress and trauma and how that can inhibit the connections we have with our kids. We will learn what is going on under the surface, in our minds while we engage with our children and their difficult behaviors. We will then begin the process of reviving our brains so that we can sustain a caring state of mind and be the kind of parents we long to be.
